( About )
From research to launch to the orders that follow, I care about the user experience.
Before design, I spent years in client-facing sales at TD Canada Trust and Toronto Cabinetry. Talking with customers every day taught me to notice where people get confused, hesitate, or give up. That’s still where every project starts.
I trained in UX through the Google UX Design Certificate and BrainStation. At IEMHP (SickKids), I turned user research into wireframes and prototypes for a membership platform redesign. At Mr. Surprise, I design and run two Shopify stores, so I see how real customers use what I build, and I keep improving it from there.
Understand people. Design for them. Launch, learn, repeat. Always curious, always making room for what comes next.
